The hotel was perfect for my stay. The rooms were clean and fresh, the service was extremely nice and helpful, and the location suited my needs perfectly. However, the dining experience had a few minor issues. Overall, a great value for money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were a good size, they were quite humid, making it uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the AC and heater didn't seem to help much. On the bright side, the hotel staff surprised my child with a lovely birthday gesture, which was a nice touch. However, the hotel was so packed that at times it felt overcrowded.
My stay was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable, making for a cozy retreat. The staff provided exceptional service and were always courteous and lovely. The location was superb, close to key attractions downtown. However, the dining options were limited during my visit, and the hotel was undergoing renovations, affecting some amenities temporarily.
